　　爱丽家居主营业务为PVC弹性地板的研发、生产与销售，生产模式主要为国外PVC弹性地板品牌商、贸易商提供ODM产品。从消费市场来看，北美、欧洲地区消费者对PVC弹性地板认可度高，是全球最主要的消费市场，但受限于高昂的人工成本、有限的本土产能，全球PVC弹性地板产能主要集中于国内，行业整体以出口外销为主要经营模式。　　爱丽家居在公告中表示，受营业收入下滑叠加海内外生产基地尚处于产能建设爬坡阶段等阶段性多重因素综合影响，公司报告期整体业绩承压。利润下降的主要原因则为受国际贸易环境持续趋紧等影响，公司境内工厂业务量缩减，单位人工成本和单位制造费用上升；以及受汇率波动影响，汇兑损失增加。　　与不断缩减的经营业绩形成鲜明对比的是，近一段时间以来爱丽家居短期股价连续飙升。　　爱丽家居于7月20日晚间披露跨界半导体收购计划。根据公告，公司拟以不超过6.5亿元现金，收购武汉欧康诺电子科技股份有限公司不低于77.08%的股权。收购完成后，欧康诺将成为爱丽家居控股子公司。　　7月21日至8月18日，爱丽家居股价累计涨幅高达214.80%，在13个交易日中收报12个涨停板。其间，公司两度停牌核查，分别为8月3日至8月5日、8月11日至8月17日。8月18日，爱丽家居复牌后再次涨停，收盘价创下30元/股的历史纪录。　　8月18日晚间，上交所针对爱丽家居相关情况发布通报，指出部分投资者在交易该股过程中存在影响股票交易正常秩序的异常交易行为，上交所依规对相关投资者采取了暂停账户交易等自律监管措施。8月19日，爱丽家居股价跌停。　　截至8月25日收盘，爱丽家居最新股价报26.92元/股，总市值达65.22亿元。
